Movement

Joseph Pilates invented the practice of Pilates in the 1920’s after watching infants and animals move. The purpose behind his method is to bring us back to a natural and functional form of movement.

Through the use of mind-body connection, Pilates is designed to create balanced muscles that are strong but supple, leaving our bodies flexible and powerful.

Shiatsu Massage

$70- 60min

Shiatsu, which translates into “acupressure”, is a non-traditional massage technique. The practitioner administers the pressure through their knees, feet, palms and thumbs. Shiatsu massage is used to increase range of motion, leaving the client with a full body stretch.

*Shiatsu massage is done fully clothed on a mat. This is a great way to introduce a person to massage.
